Value-Added Services for STAR Kids
A Value-Added Service is a service that is provided to Medicaid STAR Kids members by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX). BCBSTX Value-Added Services are used to promote preventive care and services, engage members in their own care, address gaps in care and services, and support our Quality Improvement Programs.
Note: Value-Added Services may have restrictions and limitations. For a complete list of limitations, please refer to the Member Handbook or the Value Added Services brochure.
