New Look Ahead for Provider Website

Our Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas Medicaid (STAR, CHIP and STAR Kids) provider website will be updated soon to showcase a new streamlined design to enhance your online experience and help you easily find the information that’s important to you.

These updates will not affect the resources available to you. One major change will be the relocation of Utilization Management (Prior Authorization) from Clinical Resources to the Claims and Eligibility section. All other information will remain in the current locations such as Claims and Eligibility and Education and Reference.
